Job Description
The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing staff leave, coordinating employee engagement and welfare programs, supporting training and development, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, preparing HR reports, and conducting HR audits. The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

How to Apply
Maintain and update employee records in both hardcopy and HRIS.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and disciplinary notices.
Handle filing, scanning, and general HR documentation.
Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Conduct reference and character checks for new hires.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Implement and monitor individual annual leave plans.
Support HR events and staff welfare activities.
Assist in employee surveys and compiling results.
Help identify and implement learning needs.
Maintain training attendance sheets and evaluation summaries.
Administer employee benefits including insurance and provident fund.
Respond to employee queries on benefits and support enrollments.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Prepare HR reports and perform periodic audits.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
High integrity, resilience, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.
