Job Description
Job Title: Human Resource and Administration Manager
Organisation: Appliance World Ltd
Duty Station: Bugolobi, Kampala, Uganda
Reporting to: Managing Director
Human Resource Managers are professionals tasked with strategic planning for staffing, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all administrative issues are looked after, e.g. staff contracts, monthly approvals, routine payments for electricity, water, etc; ensuring that statutory licenses are in place, leave approvals, processing of payroll, recording of attendance.
To ensure that all employees are kept happy by addressing all issues, complaints, etc.
To be in charge of recruitment
The right person will head the entire Human Resource Department and look after over 150 employees.
