Interested persons with the above requirements should visit the NARO website https://naro.go.ug/about-us/naro-about-us/and download NARO Application Form 2. Attach a recent passport photo and fill it in triplicate; attach detailed curriculum vitae with copies of academic certificates and testimonials to the undersigned not later than 5.00 pm on Friday, 29th November 2024.
Applicants are advised to quote the reference number of the post applied for in the top-left-hand corner of the envelope.

Academic Qualifications and Experience

  • Applicants should hold an Honors Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies or Business Administration, with Human Resource Management offered as a module.

  • A post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or Public Administration is an added advantage.

  • Must have experience of at least three (3) years at a level of Human Resource Officer and Administration in a reputable organization
