How to Apply
Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with Ugandan labour laws and company standards.
Support departmental heads in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.
Oversee payroll preparation, leave management, and staff welfare programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and transparent manner.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and productivity.
Prepare periodic HR reports for management decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an agricultural, manufacturing, or production environment.
Strong understanding of Ugandan labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
