Job Description
The HR Consultancy Partner will manage end-to-end consultancy projects, focusing on designing and implementing people solutions that enhance organizational performance. This includes leading salary and compensation benchmarking surveys, delivering customized training and development programs, conducting HR audits, policy development, and job evaluations. The Partner will also maintain strong client relationships, support business development efforts, and oversee project teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end salary and compensation surveys, including benchmarking, data analysis, and reporting.
Design and deliver tailored training and development programs (e.g., leadership development, employee engagement, performance management).
Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted HR advisor.
Oversee HR consultancy projects, including HR audits, policy development, and organizational restructuring.
Conduct job evaluations and develop pay structures aligned with market trends and internal equity.
Supervise project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Stay updated on labor market trends, HR best practices, and legal/regulatory changes.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) strongly preferred.
7–10 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment projects across industries.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing recruitment strategies within tight timelines.
Strong understanding of Kenyan labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR tools, ATS, HRIS, and digital platforms.
Excellent networking, sourcing, and headhunting skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
