How to Apply
Oversee the company medical scheme, addressing staff inquiries and coordinating quarterly medical camps with service providers.
Maintain accurate leave records, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Keep the HR database current, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements.
Coordinate HR operations including ID processing, issuing official letters, supervising Office Attendants, managing out-of-country travel, and monitoring office supplies.
Manage and regularly update staff records and documentation.
Ensure workplace quality and safety by coordinating health and safety procedures in line with company policies.
Lead company-wide communication of HR initiatives and contribute to the weekly Vision Update newsletter.
Coordinate orientation programs for new employees.
Manage employee welfare activities such as sports events, aerobics classes, running clubs, and supervise canteen operations.
Oversee the biannual company internship program.
Organize company-wide roadshows that promote staff welfare and development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
Communications and Working Relationships
Management: Respond to queries, provide feedback, and relay information.
Staff: Address questions, offer information, and gather feedback.
Service Providers: Liaise with medical providers, travel agencies, hotels, caterers, and banks.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Technical:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software solutions.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, including Workman’s Compensation, the Employment Act, and NSEF Act.
Behavioral:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Maintain high confidentiality standards.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with minimal supervision.
