Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the commercial success and strategic direction of LOOP’s embedded financial infrastructure and marketplace models. Responsibilities include managing relationships with financial institutions and telco partners, expanding credit and savings product lines, and leading high-performing teams. The role emphasizes maximizing profitability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously optimizing processes and customer engagement. The Head will also play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on investment-grade opportunities while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy & Financial (30%)
Drive revenue growth through market expansion and segmentation
Improve gross margins via cost controls and pricing strategies
Maximize customer lifetime value through retention and upselling
Track ROI for sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives
Expand market share through strategic planning and execution
Internal Business Processes (30%)
Streamline sales and marketing for targeted customer acquisition
Implement and oversee risk management and compliance policies
Foster cross-functional alignment between commercial and operational teams
Define and track performance KPIs and adapt strategies accordingly
Customer (20%)
Identify and penetrate new customer segments with customized solutions
Lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Integrate customer feedback into service and product improvements
Learning & Growth (20%)
Champion ongoing learning and industry trend monitoring
Support professional development across team members
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant business field is an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years’ work experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
Proven leadership experience in Technology or Fintech sectors
Strong background in business strategy, development, and commercial operations
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale growth initiatives
