Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will design and format PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign deliverables; produce social media assets, infographics, and internal comms; adapt and resize creatives per platform; source/edit imagery and icons via Adobe CC; and support light video/animation tasks (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Final Cut Pro). You’ll contribute ideas in brainstorms, uphold brand guidelines across all collateral, and handle coordination/admin tasks (status updates, trackers, feedback collation) to keep the design workflow on schedule.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design digital/print materials: reports, presentations, infographics, social graphics.
Layout/format decks and documents in PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign to brand.
Edit/adapt assets; source and refine imagery, icons, and visual elements.
Support basic video editing/animation (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Final Cut Pro).
Maintain brand consistency across channels and deliverables.
Join brainstorms; contribute to visual concepts and storytelling.
Provide pipeline/admin support: trackers, status updates, feedback consolidation.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1–2 years’ graphic design experience.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; plus After Effects/Premiere Pro and PowerPoint a strong advantage.
Excellent eye for typography, layout, and brand aesthetics; digital & print savvy.
Organized, reliable; able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take feedback well.
Strong communication and teamwork; initiative and eagerness to learn.
Portfolio showcasing creativity and range (academic/freelance welcome).
Interest in storytelling, data visualization, or UI/UX is a plus.
