Job Description
Trainees rotate through key departments to learn end-to-end operations of an industrial minerals business. Under manager mentorship, they will support process understanding, contribute to problem-solving assignments, develop planning/organization/digital literacy skills, and participate in periodic performance reviews. The programme blends technical and commercial exposure to prepare graduates for permanent roles.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Work on department projects that directly impact operations and performance.
Learn and document processes across Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
Analyze data, propose improvements, and support implementation with teams.
Attend mentorship/coaching sessions with senior managers.
Develop core skills: planning, organization, communication, problem-solving, and digital tools.
Participate in regular progress reviews and present learnings.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Finance, or related field.
Good attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, adaptability, and teamwork.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fresh graduates encouraged; prior experience not required.
