Job Title: Gateway Customer Service

Job Summary:
Provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for customer operations processes and activities to deliver efficient logistics processes and results in the supply chain of a specific client using multimodal means of transportation and provide support to sales team in line with the business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies.

How to Apply
Under direct supervision, support delivery of customer operations processes and activities
Perform assigned tasks of generally repetitive nature to support other team members such as receive & enter orders, shipping verifications, pricing verifications, etc.
Assist with requests from sales such as quoting, exception deal management, historical account overview, billing corrections, etc.
Collect/ deliver shipments within specified time by planning routes, interacting with external departments, timely communications, etc.
Carry out standard loading/ unloading of the loading unit/ loading security, report exceptions
Maintain direct contact with dispatcher (inbound / outbound) and cartage driver
Record routine loading/ unloading activities at customer end through appropriate tools scanning application, phones, etc.
Enter data into database or computerized system to maintain up-to-date transportation records and to track the status of orders and deliveries
Contact shipping agencies, transport companies, and customers to verify delivery prices and schedules
Respond promptly and accurately to routine internal and customer enquiries on delivery times and the status of shipments and orders
Follow and achieve compliance with set processes and policies
Check recurring routine issues faced during delivery, else escalate to supervisor for inputs and guidance
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in, procurement and logistics management, supply chain management, Warehouse or Estate management related courses.
Being a holder of a professional certificate in airport operation is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in similar role, in a related environment.
