Job Description
The role involves managing the creation, customization, and monitoring of dealer and client fuel card accounts. It requires handling back-office stock, ensuring proper filing and reconciliation of accounts, and supporting customers with card-related issues. The assistant will also manage EPT machines, provide training to station attendants, and monitor priority controls. This position ensures accurate, efficient, and compliant fuel card operations while delivering high-quality customer support and adhering to HSSE standards.

How to Apply
Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and Golden Rules of TotalEnergies.
Create dealer and station accounts, assign commissions and discounts.
Customize and monitor client and dealer station fuel cards.
Handle amendments for client and staff cards (e.g., refresh ceilings, unlock blocked cards).
Maintain accurate filing systems including prepaid orders and receipts.
Rectify or reverse incorrect reloads.
Allocate package charges and validate Extranet requests from customers.
Reconcile client and dealer accounts.
Manage back-office stock (fuel cards, EPT machines, ribbons, rollers, card cleaners, etc.).
Maintain and oversee all EPT machines and train pump attendants in their usage.
Handle Priority Control 1 (polling) and Priority Control 2 (trial balance) on a daily/weekly basis.
Report procurement needs for fuel cards, rolls, and EPT machines on time.
Education:
University degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administration, account management, or customer service.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong integrity and reliability.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle account reconciliations.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain strong business contacts.
