Job Description
The Front Desk Personnel will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries. They will utilize OPERA PMS software for hotel operations and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, and proficiency in OPERA PMS are key requirements for the role.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and check-in guests with professionalism and warmth.
Manage room reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs using OPERA PMS.
Handle and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing and financial records.
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Proficiency in OPERA PMS software is mandatory (candidates will be tested).
Previous experience working at a hotel front desk is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be honest, reliable, and demonstrate integrity at all times.
