Job Description
The Electrical Maintenance Personnel will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel by handling the upkeep and repair of all electrical systems. This includes identifying and resolving electrical faults, performing routine inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining comprehensive records of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and control systems, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the maintenance team.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs on all hotel electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using proper tools and techniques
Conduct inspections to detect potential electrical issues and prevent system failures
Install and maintain electrical wiring, control systems, and fixtures
Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all maintenance work
Maintain accurate documentation of repair and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to meet operational targets and efficiency goals

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in electrical maintenance or a related role
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of electrical safety procedures and standards
Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
