Finance & Accounting – 70%

  • Reviewing and processing requisitions and reimbursement claims.

  • Assisting the investment team with credit control processes, budget planning, and expense analysis.

  • Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.

  • Process loan disbursements, ensuring all necessary approvals and processing steps are complete

  • Monitor loan repayments, reconciling them across various transaction channels, and keeping the portfolio management team updated with accurate information.

Administration-30%

  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.

  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

  • Manage office premises and ensure it provides a safe and productive working environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a major in business, finance, accounting or economics. ACCA or CPA qualification is an added advantage.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a finance and admin role, preferably in a financial institution


Skills + Capabilities

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
