Job Description
Provide day to day technical support for the administration and maintenance of the Bank’s Core Banking application in line with business Service Level Agreements (SLA) and policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain the Core Banking System to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to users and resolve system incidents and service requests.
- Configure system parameters, products, and workflows in line with business requirements.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance support, and post-deployment validation.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Prepare system documentation, user guides, and technical reports.
- Support integration with other applications and digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
