Job Description
The AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, governing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions that support high-impact business use cases while ensuring compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and security standards. The role bridges advanced data science, engineering, and enterprise systems integration, enabling scalable and resilient AI adoption across the organization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models and data pipelines for business use cases such as fraud detection, credit scoring, customer analytics, and process automation.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions in production environments with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
- Integrate AI systems with core banking, digital channels, and enterprise applications.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, including model validation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and information security standards.
- Collaborate with business units to identify, prioritize, and translate use cases into technical solutions.
- Monitor model performance, drift, and risk, and implement continuous improvement.
- Support documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication on AI initiatives.
- Mentor teams and promote responsible, ethical AI practices within the Bank.
