Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST), a public university located in Mbarara City (7 km along the Mbarara-Bushenyi Road), invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant positions.

Supervise departmental staff and manage departmental budget

Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Sociology, Education, HR Management, or related fields
Honours Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Age: 40–50 years (as of January 2026)
