Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Officer – Remuneration & HR Systems, the Coordinator maintains HR master data and records (system and physical), processes HR transactions (allowances, schedule changes, onboarding/offboarding), extracts and analyzes HR reports for stakeholders, and troubleshoots day-to-day HRIS queries. The role supports SuccessFactors/other HR systems administration, role authorization and substitutions, ensures compliance with policy and law, upholds DEI and safety requirements, and steps in for delegated responsibilities during the supervisor’s absence.

How to Apply
Maintain accurate HR records and data integrity (system & hard copy).
Process payroll inputs, allowances, and other HR transactions on time.
Extract, analyze, and distribute confidential HR reports in line with policy/law.
Detect and escalate discrepancies in employment documents and systems.
Support HR officers/time clerks on HRIS matters; resolve employee system queries.
Administer onboarding documentation, induction tracking, and record completion.
Draft HR letters (appointments, promotions, confirmations, etc.).
Perform work schedule changes (WSR) and ensure correct schedule assignment.
Administer offboarding (handovers, exit requirements) per procedures.
Execute role authorization and substitution requests; ensure proper system access.
Support safety, diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and compliance.
Provide cover for the Senior Officer when delegated.
Education
First degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years’ relevant HRIS experience (data management, transactions, confidentiality).
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
Skills/Attributes
High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Awareness of workplace safety and compliance; commitment to DEI.
