Job Description
Lead end-to-end business performance management: coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews; ensure accurate, timely submissions to Group Finance; produce performance analysis and narratives for MD/FD, Board, shareholders, press, and analysts; act as finance business partner to cost-centre owners; track strategic actions and KPIs; serve as SBL’s interface with EABL/Diageo central reporting teams; maintain agile reporting files and drive automation; log and follow up on actions from performance meetings; collaborate with Controllership and FP&A; and support ad-hoc analyses from the Group BPM Manager/Head of Finance.

How to Apply
Lead business performance analysis, insights, and leadership reporting.
Coordinate AOP and periodic performance milestones; assure completeness/accuracy/timeliness.
Business partner with functional heads; track initiatives to outcomes.
Interface with EABL/Diageo central teams on reporting requirements.
Build automated, agile reporting and dashboards; improve data quality.
Record decisions/resolutions from review meetings and drive follow-through.
Align closely with Controllership/FP&A to support in-market teams.
Execute additional BPM/finance tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related. Postgraduate/Professional (CPA/ACCA/MBA) is an advantage.
Minimum 6 years’ finance experience, ideally in FMCG/beverages.
Proven financial planning, analysis, and business partnering track record.
Strong Excel/PowerPoint (MS Project a plus); comfort with BI/reporting tools and automation.
Stakeholder management, clear communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
Organized, detail-driven, able to thrive in dynamic environments; experience managing external partners is a plus.
