Job Description
Track key Retail KPIs including product uptake, customer trends, and staff productivity.
Conduct preliminary data cleaning, aggregation, and validation to support business analysis.
Prepare standard portfolio and performance reports across retail branches.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling retail performance dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Track key Retail KPIs including product uptake, customer trends, and staff productivity.
- Conduct preliminary data cleaning, aggregation, and validation to support business analysis.
- Prepare standard portfolio and performance reports across retail branches.
- Maintain historical databases and support periodic trend analysis.
- Collaborate with the Retail Business Analyst in preparing materials for business review meetings.
- Generate branch-level scorecards and track performance against targets.
- Support data-driven reviews of retail strategic initiatives.
- Support in the implementation and closure of the Revenue Assurance Plan.
- Respond to retail business information requests from internal stakeholders.
