Job Description
The role involves teaching and facilitating learning for undergraduate students in entrepreneurship and related disciplines, preparing and presenting case studies, conducting research, and publishing findings. The Assistant Lecturer will provide guidance and support to students experiencing academic difficulties, participate in supervised consultancy and community service activities, and attend workshops, conferences, and symposia for professional development.

Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Entrepreneurship or Marketing and Entrepreneurship with a minimum GPA of 4.0/5 in Master’s and 3.8/5 in Bachelor’s.
Candidates with an unclassified Master’s by thesis/research must have a pass grade and at least two publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Strong communication, research, and academic writing skills.
Ability to mentor and support students effectively.
Competence in preparing teaching materials and practical case studies.
