Job Description
The Office Assistant III will work under the supervision of the Deputy Director – Administration and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office environment, facilitating internal and external mail delivery, handling light office logistics, supporting hospitality tasks such as tea service, and offering general clerical support. The role is essential in ensuring the office remains organized, secure, and presentable, supporting efficient service delivery across departments.

How to Apply
Clean and maintain the office to provide a conducive working environment
Dispatch internal and external mail to appropriate departments
Move office furniture and equipment as directed
Open and close office premises for security purposes
Photocopy and mark assigned files
File documents accurately for proper storage and retrieval
Assist in minor repairs of office furniture and equipment
Welcome, receive, and guide visitors and clients
Offload materials delivered to Headquarters and Regional Offices
Prepare and serve tea to staff and guests
Shop for and manage kitchen supplies
Minimum Qualifications:
KCSE mean grade D (plain) or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Experience:
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
Added Advantage:
Certificate in computer application skills
Key Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of office protocol and customer care
Physical ability to perform manual tasks
High levels of reliability, honesty, and integrity
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
