Job Description
The Analyst - C11 will be responsible for supporting client engagements related to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and financial strategy. As a junior member of a professional team, the Analyst will partner with senior banking professionals to organize and analyze complex financial data, draft strategic plans, and prepare written recommendations. The role requires effective communication, strong analytical skills, and compliance with industry regulations and Citi’s internal policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in client transactions, projects, or assignments
Collaborate with senior Corporate Banking Officers and other professionals
Analyze complex financial data for use in client proposals and strategic plans
Prepare written investment recommendations and statistical exhibits
Conduct economic and financial research
Evaluate company performance in comparison with market and industry benchmarks
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain transparency in managing risk and control issues

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate or investment banking

Strong organizational and planning abilities
Ability to apply both theoretical and practical knowledge in financial analysis
