Drives the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of high-performing agency sales talent to strengthen Jubilee’s sales force.

How to Apply
Develop and implement strategic recruitment frameworks.
Lead end-to-end sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build partnerships with universities and recruitment bodies.
Design graduate programs and structured onboarding experiences.
Ensure compliance with IRA & ITC regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Finance (Master’s preferred), HR certifications desirable
Experience:
4–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in insurance/financial services.
Key Competencies:
Talent acquisition expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and ethical conduct.
