We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MCPY4 Field Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Transport Coordinator in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations related to all AGL deliveries to respective MCPY.

How to Apply
Assist in overseeing the receipt of goods at MCPY, including supervising cargo unlashing, performing barcode scanning, and preparing paperwork.
Perform dispatch duties for empty vehicles and receive loaded vehicles.
Prepare report summaries for trucks received/dispatched daily.
Conduct driver safety briefings and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Carry out Risk Assessments and provide guidance on precautionary measures.
Manage truck traffic and ensure site security.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
4-6 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
Extensive knowledge of import and export from an international environment.
Good knowledge of safe vehicle lashing, unlashing, loading, and unloading.
Knowledge of onsite QHSE requirements.
Skills Required:
Good knowledge of QHSE policies.
Excellent analyzing and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical skills.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
High standard business ethics and integrity.
