Job Description
MJAP invites qualified, competent, and committed individuals to apply for the following positions. Recruitment will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Job Summary
The Procurement Assistant will support procurement processes to ensure timely acquisition of goods, works, and services in compliance with MJAP guidelines and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDA).
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement procurement policies in accordance with national laws and MJAP guidelines.
- Prepare procurement plans and budgets.
- Prepare bidding documents and manage tender processes.
- Support contract negotiations and contract management.
- Organize documentation for evaluation and contracts committee meetings.
- Prepare purchase orders and contracts (below five million Uganda shillings).
- Follow up on deliveries and provide feedback to users.
- Support user departments in specifications development.
- Participate in asset disposal processes as per regulations.
