Job Description
Appliance World Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee imports, customs clearance, and end-to-end transport and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient supply chain management, timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage international imports and supplier shipments.
- Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and transport providers.
- Oversee warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure proper documentation for imports and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and supervise logistics and transport teams.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency within the supply chain.
