This strategic role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing, from campaign development to brand positioning, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility in the luxury real estate space.

Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.

Oversee and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities across multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (answering of incoming calls, do follow up calls & cold calls).

Showcase the available VAAL Real Estate properties to potential clients and form relationships to ensure that sales targets are met.

You shall be responsible for selling to, growing and servicing clients that constitute VAAL Real Estate Ltd strategic business.

Evaluate and Report Performance of Digital Marketing Campaigns, and assess against goals (ROl and KP|s)

Liaise with printers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure accurate and timely production.
