How to Apply
Oversee and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities across multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation, proactively minimizing technical issues during execution.
Utilize AutoCAD and project management software to develop, review, and revise detailed MEP drawings and plans.
Prepare precise cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all MEP components in line with project scope and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall design.
Provide expert technical support on system installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct on-site inspections to address engineering challenges and implement effective solutions.
Assess performance and compliance of contractors, consultants, and service providers.
Review and approve contractor drawings and method statements, ensuring they align with approved MEP designs.
Address coordination and interfacing issues during construction phases.
Enforce safety standards and health protocols related to MEP work on-site.
Carry out off-site inspections to verify material and equipment compliance with project specifications and standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
7–10 years of proven experience in MEP design and/or site supervision within the construction sector.
Registration or certification with a recognized engineering body is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Solid knowledge of international standards and codes governing MEP systems.
