How to Apply
Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.
Drive media buying strategies, audience targeting, and budget optimization to deliver cost-effective marketing outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA; provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to refine and implement the quarterly digital strategy.
Coordinate with external digital agencies to ensure accurate execution of paid media and performance initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities in the digital space and suggest strategic improvements.
Stay informed on platform updates, ad policy changes, and digital marketing trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Contribute to content strategy and creative direction using data-driven performance insights.
Work closely with the marketing team to support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing roles.
Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing, data interpretation, and performance analysis.
Experience with marketing automation tools, advertising dashboards, and tracking systems.
Well-versed in current trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and media buying.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
