  • Develop, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.

  • Drive media buying strategies, audience targeting, and budget optimization to deliver cost-effective marketing outcomes.

  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA; provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to refine and implement the quarterly digital strategy.

  • Coordinate with external digital agencies to ensure accurate execution of paid media and performance initiatives.

  • Monitor competitor activities in the digital space and suggest strategic improvements.

  • Stay informed on platform updates, ad policy changes, and digital marketing trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Contribute to content strategy and creative direction using data-driven performance insights.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in A/B testing, data interpretation, and performance analysis.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, advertising dashboards, and tracking systems.

  • Well-versed in current trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and media buying.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
