Plan, set up, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads and other paid media channels.
Lead media buying and audience targeting strategies across digital platforms, ensuring cost-effective delivery of marketing objectives.
Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL and CPA, and compile clear reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and update the quarterly digital strategy.
Liaise with any engaged external digital agencies to ensure accurate implementation of paid media and performance strategies.
Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to deliver maximum ROI.
Stay up to date with platform changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends to continuously improve targeting and spend efficiency.
Provide input on content direction and digital creatives, guided by performance insights and audience behavior.
Support the wider marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation and conversion initiatives.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid digital campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
Excellent understanding of lead generation, remarketing and funnel strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with designers and content creators.
Real estate or high-value product digital marketing experience is a plus.
