Job Title: Call Centre Agent (No Experience Jobs)

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Vaal Real Estate is hiring a Call Centre Agent
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (answering of incoming calls, do follow up calls & cold calls).
Assist at the front desk by manning the front desk, welcoming & greeting guests, answer client questions & complaints. Ensuring the front desk is tidy & presentable.
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email; Identify customers’ needs, provide customers with product and service information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Use of the CRM; Enter new & update existing customer information, keep records of all conversations, document all call information according to standard operating procedures, Complete call logs, Produce call reports.
Research required information using available resources.
Attend exhibitions & activations to input data of leads captured.
Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post.
Supporting the overall marketing team.
