The role will be engaged in both learning and practical support of IT activities in projects delivery, systems administration, networking, cyber security, data analytics, software development, and hardware support.

The consultant will be available full-time on-site for the entire duration of the consultancy and will work a regular working schedule.

Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in all aspects of flight operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual.

The successful candidate will provide essential baggage and cargo handling services to ensure timely and accurate movement of passenger luggage and air cargo.

Lead and manage the sales office team to achieve and exceed set sales targets, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.

Develop and implement a compelling and competitive loyalty program tailored to Uganda Airlines' customer base.

Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and services.

Analyze data to identify booking trends, product performance, network transfers, etc. to take proactive measures to enhance and protect AWA’s diverse revenue streams.

Arrange reservations and itinerary using flight timetables, airline manuals, reference guides, and tariff books.

Facilitate collection of requirements from end users for developing new systems as well as enhancements to existing systems.

Will be required to generate passenger revenues in the assigned areas and surpass the allocated targets. Protect existing business and constantly exploit new opportunities.
