Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated ability to close sales.
Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
At least 6 months of hands-on experience in Telesales, customer service, or a related role.
Residing in or near Bukoto, Kampala
Other attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer and database skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
