Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Country Sales Manager
Organisation: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: The overall purpose of the role is to drive national sales growth by supporting strategy development, supervising branch teams, and ensuring portfolio quality and revenue targets are achieved across all regions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor sales teams to drive productivity, portfolio growth, and performance excellence.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and capacity building to strengthen staff capabilities.
Monitor performance metrics, deliver reports, and recommend improvements for sustained growth.
Conduct branch visits to ensure customer experience consistency and adherence to sales standards.
Analyze market trends and design competitive strategies to expand market reach.
Ensure compliance with credit risk protocols, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements.
Champion staff development through training programs that enhance skills and boost performance.
