The Crane Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining crane trucks used for lifting, transporting, and positioning materials on construction sites.

The Drivers will be responsible to provide transport services to Mota Engil staff and maintenance of the vehicle in line with the Administrative Guidelines, Rules, and Regulations.

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all road traffic and equipment operations on the project, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant movement of machinery, vehicles, and operators.

Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.

This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a culture of safety and quality excellence, and drives strategic initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance operational performance.

Responsible for developing and delivering operator training programs and conducting inspections for heavy construction equipment. Ensures operators are competent, equipment meets safety standards, and operational risks are minimized.

To repair auto equipment, as well as collaborate in the development, preparation and assembly of engines, gearboxes and others in vehicles and heavy equipment, according to superior guidance.

The Telehandler Operator is responsible for operating a telescopic handler to safely lift, move, and position materials and equipment within warehouse and construction areas.

The Drivers will be responsible to provide transport services to Mota Engil staff and maintenance of the vehicle in line with the Administrative Guidelines, Rules, and Regulations.

The Nurse will respond to medical emergencies, coordinate staff medical check-ups, manage health data, and support SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment within the construction project.

Develop and monitor the implementation of requirements associates to the integrated management system (Safety and Environment Plan); guarantee the compliance of legal, internal, regulatory and contractual requirements

This role is critical to ensuring accurate timekeeping, secure site access, and data integrity throughout the organization.
