Job Summary:
The Telehandler Operator is responsible for operating a telescopic handler to safely lift, move, and position materials and equipment within warehouse and construction areas. The role supports site operations by ensuring efficient material handling, adherence to safety standards, and timely movement of supplies across work zones.

How to Apply
Operate the telehandler to load, unload, lift, and move materials within the warehouse and construction areas.
Transport materials such as pallets, steel, scaffolding, and tools to designated storage or work locations.
Conduct daily pre-use checks and routine maintenance of the telehandler, promptly reporting any mechanical issues.
Support warehouse operations by assisting in loading and offloading trucks, stacking goods, and maintaining organized storage.
Follow safe lifting and load-handling procedures in line with company and site safety requirements.
Maintain accurate records of material movement and equipment usage.
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and site teams to ensure coordinated material flow.
Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and operator refresher training.
Keep work areas clean and hazard-free at all times.
Assist with general logistics or equipment tasks when required.

Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent.
Valid Telehandler Operator’s License or recognized certification.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience operating telehandlers in warehouse and/or construction environments.
Sound knowledge of load management, site safety practices, and equipment operation procedures.
Familiarity with material handling, basic mechanics, and warehouse systems.
Strong awareness of safety and operational procedures.
Skilled in handling telehandlers and related attachments.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Reliable, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
