Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Nurse to provide clinical care and first aid support to our employees, maintain accurate medical records, and promote workplace health, safety, and hygiene. The Nurse will respond to medical emergencies, coordinate staff medical check-ups, manage health data, and support SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment within the construction project.

How to Apply
Provide first aid and clinical care to employees, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Coordinate and monitor periodic medical check-ups for staff.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and arrange ambulance or hospital referrals when necessary.
Maintain and manage medical supplies, equipment, and essential materials.
Conduct workplace health, hygiene, and sanitation inspections and recommend corrective measures.
Collect, analyze, and report health data for SHEQ reporting purposes.
Organize first aid and health awareness training sessions for employees.
Support and actively participate in SHEQ programs to promote health and safety compliance.
Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice.
Minimum of 3 years’ nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or a related field.
Additional certifications such as Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are an advantage.
Strong clinical and administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to remain calm and provide effective care in stressful situations.
Proficient in record-keeping and report writing.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
