The field team Counsellor will be required to provide quality HIV testing and counselling services.

Qualified Ugandans will be enlisted to conduct individual interviews to participants who are eligible and consent to the survey.

The field laboratory technician will be responsible for all biomarker related procedures at the household/team level, such as phlebotomy, rapid blood tests, processing and shipping of specimens

The Satellite Hospital-based Regional/District Laboratory Technologists will be responsible for receiving, verifying and processing whole blood samples

Designing, implementing, and managing an effective framework for monitoring and evaluation.

Issue necessary site instructions to ensure good quality and workmanship plus compliance to specifications.

Establish and maintain robust data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and storage.

Coordinate with relevant agencies and organizations to address immediate needs, ensure access to essential services, and facilitate recovery efforts.

Establish performance metrics and evaluation criteria to assess the effectiveness and impact of community engagement programs

Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, forums, and other activities designed to engage residents and promote community cohesion

To provide financial support for implementation of the Uganda Immunization Program including other donor funded programs
