To deputize the University Secretary in providing strategic leadership in the administration and management of the University’s governance, human resource, legal, and general administrative functions in order to ensure efficient and effective delivery of University services.

To provide professional leadership, direction, and coordination in meeting the University’s human resource and general information needs, including offering advice and guidance on the implementation, review, and interpretation of HR policies, strategies, guidelines, rules, and regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to real estate transactions, property management, and compliance.

Assist in the evaluation and optimization of the organization’s real estate assets. Identify opportunities for asset enhancement, consolidation, or disposal to maximize value.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.

Oversee internal and external quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Develop detailed schedules for projects, production, or services to ensure timely completion.

Ensure all documentation complies with the organization’s policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage access to buildings and properties by checking identification, monitoring entry and exit points, and issuing visitor passes.

Maintain awareness of road conditions and adjust driving accordingly to ensure safety.

Respond to general inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees in person, over the phone, or via email

Prepare and attach covers to bound materials. This may involve cutting cover materials, embossing, stamping, or applying finishing touches.
