Maintains proper combustion by consistently feeding bagasse into the boiler furnace.

To install new instruments, calibrate field instruments and electronic equipment, lay cables, and carry out maintenance of instrumentation systems.

To perform laboratory analysis, substitute for DCS operations, and conduct ETP analysis as required.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for site maintenance, covering all mechanical aspects and equipment, including blending, packaging, and facility machinery within the bottling plant.

The goal is to ensure that all operational and analytical process parameters are consistently met to maintain clean, optimal conditions in the boiler, steam turbine, and cooling tower.

This role ensures the correct and proper operation of COGEN plant equipment before and during startup, normal and abnormal operations, and shutdown.

The Supervisor – Boiler Operations (DCS) is responsible for operating boilers and co-generation auxiliaries during assigned shifts.

The Supervisor – Boiler Operations (Field) is responsible for operating boilers and co-generation auxiliaries during assigned shifts.

The Supervisor – Cane Yard is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all cane yard operations during the shift to ensure that the targeted cane crushing capacity is consistently achieved.

The Supervisor – Domestic is responsible for overseeing electrical repairs and maintenance of all estate residential properties.

The Supervisor – Main Electrical Workshop is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, servicing, and installation of electrical equipment in the factory.

The Electrical Supervisor – Overhead is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead electrical lines.
