The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily operations at a Java House branch, ensuring excellence in customer service, team performance, and operational efficiency.

To provide excellent customer service by taking and serving food & beverage orders in a clean, friendly, safe, and efficient environment that meets Java House standards.

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service across dine‑in, take‑away, delivery, and telephone orders.

Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and lighting at assigned Java House locations.

Inspect deliveries by checking of quantity and quality of items brought in by the supplier for conformity or discrepancies and report / documentation for a seamless return process.

The Accounts Assistant at Java House Uganda will Assist in daily financial operations including reconciliations and data entry

Provide effective support to the Finance team while ensuring timely delivery of work in the allocated area.

Reconciliation of customer accounts and following up on reconciliation issues and Assist with receiving of invoices from suppliers.

Ensure necessary orders for proper mis-en-place are given to the manager for ordering.

The finance department is responsible for cost accounting and financial analysis.
