The market systems development specialist will work under the supervision of the Project Manager (Team Leader) with support from and Deputy Team Leader, and in close collaboration with the remainder of the project team.

The NPO will work under the supervision of the Project Manager (Team Leader) with support from the Deputy Team Leader in ITC, and in close collaboration with the remainder of the project team.

She/He will provide finance and administrative services to the project ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity and sense of responsibility. He or she will provide a range of specialized finance and administrative support services in an efficient, effective and client-oriented manner.

They will contribute to coordinating and quality checking the work of international and local consultants hired during the project to support the implementation of project interventions, or as indicated by the Project Manager.

The M&E officer will develop, operationalise, and oversee a results measurement system based on the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) Standard for Results Measurement.

The Senior Finance and Administrative Assistant will Perform specialized finance support tasks, including verifying financial transactions and documentation.

The Driver will maintain official vehicles, handle missions and daily travel, and ensure logbooks are properly kept—all in line with ILO rules, regulations, policies, and administrative procedures.

The National Project Coordinator will lead the implementation of project activities in Uganda, including Coordinating and managing BRMM and FMPT activities in line with project plans and ILO regulations.

The National Project Coordinator - Enterprise Development will support the Programme Manager in Uganda in the specified technical areas across the ILO country programme
