Coordinate procurement processes and manage administrative aspects of co-financing arrangements

Providing administrative services for the programme, specifically their duty station, in close collaboration with the Head of Administration and the Finance Manager.

Serve as the focal point for all communications within the RD cluster—proactively initiating narratives, campaigns, and multimedia content that aligns with project priorities and stakeholder interests.

Support to the Technical team in organising events under the RELAPU programme at subcounty, district and national level, including any other event that maybe portfolio wide in nature.

Identifying relevant problems and issues and assisting in formulating implementation-oriented solutions.

The Advisor will support the East African Community (EAC), its eight partner states and the regional digital eco-system to facilitate implementation of their regional EAC Digital Transformation Strategy furthering the development of an East African single digital market.

Support with monitoring and evaluating the projects financed through the Small Grants Fund, contributing to the programme-wide M&E system

Advise Sudanese civil society organisations regarding the design and implementation of networking, exchange and/or dialogue activities

Responsible for Alignment of tasks with the solar and clean cooking companies supported under the EnDev project.

You will Support the EnDev partner companies at events such as market activations, exhibitions, and awareness activities, knowledge exchange visits, etc.

The Organisational Development Advisor will successfully realize the implementation of the programme, with a focus on intervention area 1.

Responsible for Providing strategic and technical advisory support to IUCEA and member universities across the EAC on AI-related initiatives
