About the Role

This is a national position, and we welcome candidates with a strong background in administrative support, procurement, and financial coordination, particularly within donor-funded or international organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration

  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage

Experience and Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar administrative role

  • Prior experience working with donor agencies, NGOs, or international organizations

  • Experience in procurement, accounting, and coordination of co-financing agreements

  • Familiarity working with and managing support staff (e.g., drivers)

Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency in IT tools and applications: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams

  • Knowledge of WinPACCS or similar accounting software is an added advantage

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • High level of service orientation

  • Willingness to travel within Uganda

  • Openness to continuous learning and professional development
