About the Role

How to Apply
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Coordinate procurement processes and manage administrative aspects of co-financing arrangements
Work closely with drivers and other support staff to ensure smooth logistical operations
Handle accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records using appropriate software
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Provide high-level service support while managing multiple priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage
Experience and Competencies
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar administrative role
Prior experience working with donor agencies, NGOs, or international organizations
Experience in procurement, accounting, and coordination of co-financing agreements
Familiarity working with and managing support staff (e.g., drivers)
Skills and Attributes
Proficiency in IT tools and applications: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams
Knowledge of WinPACCS or similar accounting software is an added advantage
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
High level of service orientation
Willingness to travel within Uganda
Openness to continuous learning and professional development
