The Corporate Audit Manager will establish and lead GiveDirectly’s new Corporate Audit function, expanding the scope of Internal Audit beyond program and field audits to include organization-wide governance, controls, and compliance systems.

The role will be delivering finance and payments responsibilities for our programs and stakeholders, in collaboration with other functions of the Finance team.

The Finance team supports operations in 13 countries, 10 of which are in Africa. As a Manager, Treasury & Payments, you will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global treasury and payments operations.

The Country Director will lead the Uganda country office in its entirety. They will build, fundraise, develop, and execute the Uganda Country Strategy.

The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Kampala office by providing daily administrative and clerical support.

You’ll act as a force multiplier: creating clarity, solving high-leverage challenges, and leading critical projects that cut across teams.

The Field Officer will play a critical day-to-day role in delivering GiveDirectly’s gold-standard cash transfer product to donors and recipients.

The Human Resources department focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, policy implementation, and organizational culture.

The External Relations department is responsible for developing and implementing GiveDirectly’s government and external outreach strategy to create awareness of GiveDirectly’s work in Uganda.

The Procurement department manages the acquisition of goods and services, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations.

The CD’s Office supports executive leadership and strategic initiatives across the organization.

The Programs department designs, implements, and evaluates our core programmatic activities and initiatives.
