The Finance Officer will be responsible for implementing finance and accounting work processes with a focus on project management, financial transaction processing

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic advocacy plans that align with organizational goals and priorities.

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for programmatic growth and impact.

Provide training, guidance, and support to community members on monitoring and evaluation methodologies, tools, and techniques

Monitor budget and financial plan implementation and prepare appropriate periodic tracking reports for the various stakeholders.

Evaluate cases based on legal merit, potential impact, and alignment with organizational goals.

Provide leadership and oversight for developing and evaluating strategic plans for CEHURD's programs, ensuring clear communication of program vision and goals to team members and stakeholders.

Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of identified contacts to determine their TB exposure risk and whether they have developed active TB disease or latent TB infection.

Ensuring the integrity and security of data by performing regular data maintenance tasks, such as updating records, purging outdated information, and archiving or backing up data as necessary

Formulate annual audit plans including scope, techniques, and timetable and submit the plan to the Executive Director for approval.
