BPIL is looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Human Resource Business Partner

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications to ensure optimisation of systems.

Develop and implement mechanisms to control and minimize costs like labour, overtime, consumable consumption and repair expenses.

NSMs develop sales plans and forecasts based on market trends, customer demand, and historical data.

Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and operating systems.

Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Ensure that stock is stored in appropriate locations within the warehouse or storage area, following established procedures for organization and safety.

Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with the commercial and finance department.

The Area Sales Manage is responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the assigned territory and ensuring the achievement of the set targets.

To identify and develop new business opportunities in the poultry sector in Kenya and neighboring countries.

The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Biyinzika Poultry International Ltd retail outlet, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff management.
