Job Description
BPIL is looking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Human Resource Business Partner
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Talent Acquisition process including recruitment and onboarding processes.
Support the Company’s performance management program, develop related implementing tools while ensuring continuous improvement of employee productivity.
Works closely with Management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention through organizing employee engagement activities and wellness sessions.
In charge of overseeing and ensuring effective implementation of local skills development programs in BPIL including managing the Graduate Trainee Program, Internship Programs, Coaching and Mentorship sessions.
Custodian of the HR risk tool
Management of the Company’s benefit and welfare scheme including Insurance schemes (Medical, Group Life, Group Personal Accidents), staff meals, staff incentives, commission, and bonus schemes.
Collect and analyze data relating to key people metrics (attrition, engagement during employee life cycle, satisfaction) to enable a data driven department.
Support the Company’s efforts in transforming and strengthening the Company’s culture, ensuring that the Company’s vision, mission, and values are disseminated throughout the business.
Coordinate and roll out internal communication messages such as internal memos, new policies, staff announcements…etc.
Coach, mentor, effectively supervise and manage performance of line reports.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related training
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Member of a Human Resource professional body
6-7 years of experience in a similar role in a busy commercial environment.
