Tender Description:
The tender seeks competent suppliers to provide motor vehicles for the company’s fleet to support nationwide distribution of medical supplies, staff mobility, and operational efficiency. The vehicles supplied must meet company specifications for capacity, durability, and safety. This ensures that the organization can effectively reach health facilities across Uganda and maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
Scope of Work:
The selected supplier will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and commissioning motor vehicles as specified in the tender documents under a lump-sum contract. This includes Lot 1 and Lot 2 vehicles with bid securities of UGX 4,000,000 and UGX 2,500,000 respectively. The supplier must ensure that all vehicles meet required technical standards, are roadworthy, and are delivered within the agreed timelines to the designated locations. Additionally, the supplier must provide all necessary documentation, including vehicle manuals, warranty certificates, and registration support, to enable the company to immediately deploy the vehicles for medical logistics, distribution, and operational purposes across Uganda.
